Thanthi TV, a popular Tamil News channel from the house of Daily Thanthi (largest circulated Tamil daily) wanted to have their content anywhere on any devices. In Phase 1 of this plan, they worked with Vishwak Solutions to develop & release Mobile Apps for iOS, Android & Blackberry in Nov 2013, the Apps allow users from India & abroad to view latest News videos. In Phase 2 of the plan, Thanthi TV has again worked with Vishwak Solutions to develop & release a Smart TV App for Samsung TVs.
This recently launched Smart TV app helps end users to view all live (On Air) content of Thanthi TV channel and past programs as VoD (Video On Demand).
