Your profile should include the following:

• Require minimum 2+ years related work experience

• Expert level experience on ASP.NET C#, XML/XSL, SQL Server 2005/2008, XHTML, Multithreaded WinForms, Ajax, and JavaScript

Business Development Manager - (Mumbai & Delhi)
Reports to: GM - Sales

Job Profile:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for selling software services/ engagements to new customers and support agreements to existing customers base in alignment with the Vishwak overall service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all revenue generation/Sales activities and should own Sales Targets for the given region/vertical

• Held accountable for Services revenue, customer & partner satisfaction

• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling support & consulting services and building strong relationships with customers that result in "On Strategy", profitable services engagements.

• As part of the sales process, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, scoping and closing customer engagements & support agreements with assistance from Pre-sales/Technical/Delivery team

• Key Account Management

• Ability to up-sell and cross-sell

• Ability to articulate Sales/Technical conversations at CXO level

• He is also responsible for communicating within the project team and the customer.

Competencies:
• Should possess sound communication and conflict management skills.

Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
