TNC Venkata Rangan is founder promoter of Vishwak Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and is responsible for Vishwak’s emergence as a tier one portal solutions company in India today.

An expert on Web Technologies, Venkat leads a team at Vishwak that works closely with global portals providing them a wide variety of solutions. With his strong analytical skills and expertise in .NET technologies, Venkat has been driving the delivery of value-added services to MSN India for the past 5 years.

He was instrumental in shaping Vishwak’s foray into Mobile portal services with the development of a world class solution for the Hutch GPRS portal. Venkat encourages his team to thoroughly understand the pain areas of the customers and inspires the team to develop sound products and solutions based on the understanding.

Venkat is the current MSDN Regional Director for Chennai, a post he has held for the last 7 years. An active member of the International Forum for Information Technology in Tamil (INFITT) and a member of the Software Process Improvement Network (SPIN), Venkat is at the forefront of software quality improvement in South India.

Mani has over 11 years of IT experience spanning different domains such as Manufacturing, Land Registration, Banking and GIS systems. His experience spans areas such as ECM, BPM, BI and PLM. Mani has had stints with companies like Sonata and Siemens Information Systems Limited., where he was heading the Application Development and Customization team of the Manufacturing Vertical and was responsible for Partner Liaison, Account Management, Delivery, CMMI implementation and SEPG Leadership. Mani has worked in the U.K for 3 years.

Over the last 6 years, he has been actively involved in project management and presales, working closely with customers and partners in U.S and Europe. During this period, he has successfully managed application development projects of various sizes, product development, migration projects, support operations and services portfolio.Mani holds a Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI after his graduation from BITS, Pilani. He is a PMP (certified by PMI) and is a certified Siemens Project Manager (PM@Siemens). He is also a certified Internal Auditor (TQMI) and Six Sigma Green Belt Professional (IIPM, Chennai). Mani is passionate about achieving Success through Team work, Actions and Results (STAR).

Chandra Sekhar J.V.K is the Delivery Head at Vishwak managing the teams working on Portal and Mobile Projects. Chandra (as he likes to be called) has over a decade plus experience in various managerial positions. With his rich background on Technical, Pre-Sales, Sales and Management levels handling a breadth of roles, Chandra adds extensive value to the delivery process in Vishwak.

Chandra Sekhar brings-in simplicity and practical thinking to the process and delivery system. Chandra had worked as Practice Head at CES and as Lead PM at Comp-U-Learn, Hyderabad. During his roles there he has handled many prestigious clients and has been involved in managing Quality initiatives (CMMi & ISO 9000) like consolidation, practice and process auditing.

Akhila Arunkumar has been handling the HR function from November 2003 and is responsible for the complete gamut of HR functions, Training and Administration. Before joining the Vishwak team, she was associated with Apcom Computers, and Millennium Infocomm.

Akhila is a senior HR professional with over fifteen years of experience in the areas of Human Resource Management, Training, Personnel and Administration. She has a bachelor’s degree in science from Madras University.

Ravi has headed the Systems team at Vishwak for the past 4 years and has a total experience of over 7 years. An Engineer by qualification, Ravi is also a Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows 2000 Server and Professional.

At Vishwak, he manages the local IT infrastructure with 12 servers for local development and 7 live servers for various clients. Ravi has strong expertise in all Microsoft Technologies.

Aravindan is Country Manager for Vishwak's Sales Team in India. He brings on board over 17 years of rich experience in the field of IT consulting and Services. Before joining the Vishwak team, Aravindan has held various high level positions at Times Internet (A Times of India Enterprise), ChennaiOnline & Webdunia.

At Vishwak, he was instrumental in setting up the Sales and Delivery infrastructure in the Indian market, leading to aggressive sales growth. Aravindan holds an MBA from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India.
